• Optimal size (Maximum sharpness): Up to 34 x 25 cm (Ideal for tabletop frames or compositions).
• Poster size (Wall clarity): Up to 68 x 51 cm (Ideal for living room or bedroom paintings).
• Compatibility: Standard 3:4 ratio (Compatible with common frames from stores such as Ikea or Leroy Merlin).

IF YOUR IMAGE IS 16:9 RATIO
• Actual dimensions: 4032 x 2268 pixels.
• Optimal size (Maximum sharpness): Up to 34 x 19 cm.
• Poster Size (Wall Sharpness): Up to 68 x 38 cm (Elongated Panoramic Finish).
• Digital use: Exact and optimal measurement to use as wallpaper for Smart TV or monitors.

Printing Tips
• Recommended paper: Heavyweight Matte Paper (minimum 200g) or Fine Art / Cotton Paper for an artistic gallery finish without light reflections.

TERMS OF USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE

✅ PERMITTED USES

Personal use: Unlimited physical printing for home or office decoration, physical gifts and setting wallpapers on your own devices. 

Digital and Editorial Commercial Use: Incorporation of images in blogs, digital magazines, social media publications, newsletters and corporate websites. 

Local Physical Commercial Use: Printing of material for your business’s internal operational use (for example: restaurant menus, corporate information brochures or internal stationery), processed through a local print shop or traditional online printing services.

❌ STRICT PROHIBITIONS

Resale and Redistribution: It is strictly prohibited to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original, modified or edited digital files to third parties. 

Print on Demand (PoD): It is NOT allowed to upload these images to automated printing platforms or third-party marketplaces (such as Redbubble, Society6, Printful, Etsy, Amazon, etc.) for the marketing of derived physical products (t-shirts, mugs, posters, cases, etc.).

 Image Banks: Uploading this material to public download platforms, image banks (free or paid) or publicly accessible cloud storage is NOT permitted. 

Artificial Intelligence (AI): The use of these images, in whole or in part, for the training of Artificial Intelligence models, machine learning algorithms or image generation tools is expressly prohibited.

The copyright and intellectual property of the images belong exclusively to the original author. Purchasing the file does not transfer ownership of the work, only the right to use it described here.
Disclaimer: The author is not responsible for any color variations that may arise due to the specific calibration of your screen, monitor type, printer color profile, or the support material used for physical printing.

DIGITAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the digital and immediate nature of the direct download product, all sales are final. Once the payment gateway processes the transaction and access to the files is provided:

• Returns, cancellations or refunds based on subjective reasons, change of mind or aesthetic dissatisfaction will not be accepted. 

• The right of withdrawal will not be applicable in accordance with current electronic commerce regulations for immediate execution digital goods. 

• Single technical exception: A refund or resend will only be evaluated if the buyer demonstrates an insurmountable technical failure in the file (corrupt file that prevents its opening) or a duplicate charge by mistake on the payment platform, and must notify it within a maximum period of 7 calendar days.
